Structural System

Main Frame: It uses hot-dip galvanized H-section steel columns and beams, engineered to resist high wind speeds and seismic loads common in the region, ensuring long-term structural stability.

Bracing System: Diagonal steel bracing is installed between columns and beams to enhance lateral stability, meeting local wind and earthquake resistance standards.

Clear-span Design: The open, column-free interior layout maximizes usable space, making it suitable for warehouses or farm storage.

Roof System: The roof is covered with corrugated metal decking (galvanized or Color bond steel), supported by secondary purlins, creating a lightweight, weatherproof, and durable roof envelope.

Material & Durability

All primary steel components are hot-dip galvanized, providing excellent corrosion resistance to withstand Australia/New Zealand’s coastal, humid, and high-sunlight environments, extending the service life to 50+ years.
