Primary Structural Steel: Adopts Q355B carbon structural steel, which offers high strength, good 

toughness, and reliable weldability, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of workshop cranes, equipment foundations, and roof loads.

Secondary Components: Secondary beams, purlins, and bracing systems use Q235B steel for cost optimization while ensuring structural stability.

Portal Frame: 

Column spacing: 6m , length 60m

Span: 20.0m (clear span without internal columns, providing flexible assembly line layout).

Height: 10m , two slope

Crane: one set 15ton overhead crane

Bracing System: 

All steel components are treated with sandblasting and rust removal, paint thickness is 125 µm, ensuring anti-corrosion performance for more than 20years.
