Equipment Assembly Workshop
Building Area: Thailand
Project Time: 2024
This single-story large-span steel structure workshop is purpose-designed for small equipment assembly, featuring a portal frame system with high rigidity, clear space, and excellent adaptability to production layouts.
Primary Structural Steel: Adopts Q355B carbon structural steel, which offers high strength, good toughness, and reliable weldability, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of workshop cranes, equipment foundations, and roof loads.
Secondary Components: Secondary beams, purlins, and bracing systems use Q235B steel for cost optimization while ensuring structural stability.
Portal Frame:
Column spacing: 6.5m (standard module, convenient for equipment arrangement and later expansion).
Span: 22.0m (clear span without internal columns, providing flexible assembly line layout).
Height: 8.0m-9m , one slope
Canopy :Both the gable wall and side wall are equipped with canopies having a width of 6m.
Bracing System:
All steel components are treated with sandblasting and rust removal, followed by two layers of epoxy primer and one layer of alkyd topcoat, ensuring anti-corrosion performance for more than 20 years.
