Philippines Poultry Processing Plant

This large-span prefabricated steel-structure poultry processing plant is custom-designed and constructed for local poultry-meat production business in the Philippines. The overall exterior dimension of the workshop is 45 meters in length, 36 meters in width and 4.6 meters in eave height.

The project adopts a reliable composite foundation solution. Reinforced-concrete foundation columns with a height of 1.2 meters are cast on-site. All main vertical steel columns are securely anchored and fixed on the top of concrete bases. The concrete plinth can isolate the main steel frame from ground moisture, prevent steel-structure corrosion and evenly transfer heavy-duty loads from production equipment, overhead conveyors and stacked goods down to the ground foundation.

The spacious clear-span interior provides tidy, obstruction-free working space for the whole poultry-processing workflow. This factory covers full-scale poultry slaughtering, hot-water scalding, automatic defeathering, evisceration, inner-organ disposal, carcass washing, meat segmentation, rapid chilling, finished-product packing, temporary storage and goods loading-off work.

The enclosed steel building meets basic sanitation requirements for meat processing workshops. Its compact layout helps separate raw-meat processing zones and finished-product areas. The rigid steel frame structure is easy for later installation of processing machinery, ventilation systems, drainage pipelines and lighting facilities. Designed for long-time high-intensity daily operation, the plant works as a complete industrial workshop for local poultry deep-processing and frozen-poultry product supply.
